and Art have Always been the two Passons in my Life."
Cindy is a professional artist from Hershey, PA; who
specializes in animal art and photography. Art has always
played a large role in Cindy’s life, from doodling in school
notebooks, to creating large scale paintings. Cindy is known
for her animal portraits.
With Cindy’s great love of animals, it's no surprise that
animals are the main focus in her artwork. Cindy tries to
capture each animal’s soul in her artwork. To Cindy the
most important part of any of her work is the animal’s eyes.
She says, "The eye is the window into the animal’s soul, if
you don't get that right the piece of art is ruined." That is
why when Cindy starts a new piece she always starts with
the eyes.
Cindy studied both fine arts and photography and
graduated with a degree in photography. Her art has been
published in magazines and has won a number of state
and local competitions.
